For its activities the organisation and its volunteers have been honoured with accolades, culminating in being conferred the Green Champion Award 2021, instituted by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board and awarded by the Honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Thiru. M. K. Stalin.

TNPCB grants the Tamil Nadu Green Champion awards to the individuals, industries, educational institutions, residential welfare associations and local bodies that proactively participate and make exemplary contribution in environment protection.
